General Manager		 - Paula Gates -
Paula started Gatesway in 1986 as strictly a carpet cleaning business and has since expanded into water and fire damage restoration. Paula is a certified Master Textile Cleaner and Master Fire and Water Restorer.

Paula enjoys spending time at home tending the garden and fishing with her husband, Charlie, in the summer months.

Operations Manager		 - Charlie Gates -
Charlie Joined Gatesway in 2004 and oversees operations at Gatesway.

In his spare time, he likes to camp and enjoys hunting, fishing and gardening.

Office Manager		 - Terri Ransom -
Terri has been with Gatesway since 2008 and takes care of the books and schedules appointments. Terri is your first contact when you call our office.

Terri enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and working in the flower garden.

Technician		 - John Sherrard -
John has been with Gatesway since 2002 and is certified in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Order Control and Rug Cleaning.

In John's spare time, he enjoys artwork, taking pictures, hiking and camping.

Dan has been with Gatesway since 2009 and is certified in Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning and Water Damage.

Dan enjoys spending his time playing pool, bowling, playing softball and spending time with his two boys.
